    Floor safes have customer issues, like any other sort of business. When you run a security shop, especially if you run one online, you’re going to want to get into a mode of: “How best can I service my customer’s demands, and how best can I make sure that these demands are met by my organization?” That should always be on the shop’s mind, and if that’s the case, the security shop will do a lot of business. Because truth be told, many shops that operate in this space of the market, tend to neglect customer service; they tend to focus on the features of their website, and efficiency stats, and sort of assume the best of their customers, in the sense that they’ll be coming to the shop fully aware of how to use the site, and how to think about Floor Safes. But as we all know, we can’t all assume that.
