During the last couple of months, I have been going to the gym at least three times a week. The question of what is the best juicer is more complex than it first seems. This is because it is kind of like comparing apples and oranges. Excuse the pun. There are quite a few different styles of juicers and each one has its own specialist function. So is it fair to compare them? Of course, all juicing appliances serve the same function to a certain extent. They extract the juice from fruits and vegetables. But some machines can only juice certain produce.
If you need an all round juicer on the other hand, there are really three main categories that you can choose from. These are masticating juicers, centrifugal juicers and twin gear juicers. Of the three, it is the centrifugal ones that are the most popular. But does this mean they are the best? I am not sure. To be honest, it really comes down to personal preference. I have used centrifugal units more than any other style but am now tending towards the masticating appliances because they can be used for wheat grass juicing too.

One of the United Kingdom’s largest supermarket chains have decided to bring out their own brand of protein bar, which is apparently some sort of mixture of a number of high protein foods and is a health replacement for protein powder and shakes that so many people rely on these days when trying to cram their diet with protein in order to bulk themselves up. Flax seed oil is slowly gaining its popularity for it is now being used as an estrogen balancer for women during their menopause as well as being a good source of omega 3. There’s also some research that show that additional flax seed benefits might be weight loss and better body building. Other than that, flax seed oil is also being used now as alternatives to other oils.
There are also findings that show that flax seed oil can also make the skin healthier. Some users of this have testified that ever since they started consuming the oil, their scalp became healthier and even the hair became stronger.
According to a survey, most vegetarians now prefer using flax seed oil than fish oil because even though the benefits of fish oil are quite popular, vegetarians say that flax seed oil is better because it is extracted from a plant and not from an animal which is of course very congruent with their other beliefs in this area. It also has many of the same benefits and it does not have the fishy after taste.
Flax seed is also known for being a rich source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) which is a good type of Omega-3 that is very good for the health. This means that flax seed oil can reduce the symptoms of heart problems and conditions and can help the central nervous system in general. However, the body usually has to convert ALA into other more healthy versions of omega 3 which are EPA and DHA (which are found directly in fish oil) and it does so at a very inefficient ratio, as low as 4% for men. To combat this you might feel like you should take even more of it but then you might risk some of the flaxseed oil side effects such as a higher risk of prostate cancer.
As mentioned earlier, flax oil is the choice of people who want to lose weight or would like to build muscles because it is healthy and it improves the overall condition of the muscles of the body.
Take note though that flax seed oil must not be used in cooking because cooking will destroy all of the benefits. Like many vegetables once you cook them you lsoe a lot of the healthy nutrients. Rather, flax seed oil must be refrigerated and consumed before eating. It also has an expiration date and it is not to be consumed in any way after it expires.
There isn’t really a specific dosage for people because it really depends on how much a person needs it. Just be careful of over-dosing because according to research, flax oil can sometimes cause blood thinning and possibly the previously mentioned higher prostate cancer occurrence.
